Cellulite can be caused by many different things. Changes in your diet or metabolism, hormonal fluctuations, sedentary lifestyle, obesity and smoking are just a few of the causes. Causes that we can control!

1. Drink Plenty of Water
The more water you drink the better your body is able to flush out toxins. Drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of DISTILLED OR ALKALINE water a day will help to flush out the toxins that may be causing your cellulite.

Cellulite creams, wraps and dry brushing can be very effective in removing cellulite. Dry brushing can be done every day; this stimulates circulation and removes dead skin.
